After much consideration of the safety and management system, we have decided to open the training room to the public on a trial basis as follows (except for free weights).<\/p>\n

1. General Use (Trial Operation) Period<\/p>\n
December 8, 2023 (Fri.) – March 30, 2024 (Sat.)<\/p>\n
*From April 2024, we plan to charge a fee to ensure the maintenance and management of the<\/u> facility and its operation system. Details will be announced later.<\/u><\/p>\n

2. Schedule of open for general use<\/p>\n
\u30fbWeekdays (Monday, Wednesday, Friday): 17:00 – 20:45<\/p>\n
\u30fbSaturday: 13:00 – 16:45<\/p>\n
\u30fbWeekdays that are national holidays: 13:00 – 16:45<\/p>\n
*The room may be unavailable on certain days due to entrance examinations, etc.<\/p>\n
*Please leave the room strictly on time.<\/p>\n

3. Terms and Conditions for Use of the Training Room<\/p>\n
\u2460 You must be a student, officer, or faculty of the University.<\/p>\n
\u2461 No use if you are not in good physical condition<\/p>\n
\u2462 Free weights are not available.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2463 Please bring one of the following IDs: student ID, officer ID, or faculty ID.<\/p>\n \u2464 Students must be covered by GAKKENSAI (Personal Accident Insurance for Students Education and Research)<\/span><\/p>\n \u2465 Apply for the first use using the application form.<\/p>\n \u2466 Attend a training session the first time you use the facility.<\/p>\n *2 times each day (17:15~, 19:15~ or 13:15~, 15:15~)<\/p>\n Up to 20 people at a time on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2467 Bring sportswear and indoor shoes for activities.<\/p>\n * Jeans, chinos, and sandals are prohibited.<\/p>\n \u2468 Bring towels and wipe off any sweat from using the machines and equipment.<\/p>\n * If there is blood in the room or on the equipment due to injury, etc., be sure to notify the staff.<\/p>\n \u2469 Be sure to return the stretching mats and other equipment taken from the shelves to their original positions.<\/p>\n \u246a If a machine malfunctions or equipment is damaged, report it to a staff member.<\/p>\n \u246b Only plastic bottles or bottles with lids are allowed to bring in beverages (water or tea).<\/p>\n * No food or drink other than water is allowed.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 4.
