A wellness sports orientation will be held as follows.
The fall-semester-admission students who take the “wellness sports” have to attend the orientaion. Please check the following for details.
Date: Monday, December 21, 2020 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Implementation: Online meeting system ZOOM
Students eligible:
1) Fall semester 2020 entrants (except for JE Healthcare and JE Arts courses),
2) Fall semester entrants before 2019 2020 who have not yet acquired credits in wellness sports.
How to register: please fill out and submit the form below. The URL of the meeting for orientation will be sent to students who have applied.
Application deadline: December 11, 2020 (Friday) 23:59. ※We will not accept applications outside of this period.

①2020年度秋学期入学者（JEヘルスケアコース、JE芸術コース除く）
②2019年度以前の秋学期入学生で，ウェ ルネススポーツの単位未習得の学生
参加申し込み方法：下記フォームに必要事項を入力して、送信してください。
申込のあった学生に対して、オリエンテーション用のミーティングURLを送付します。
参加申し込み期日：2020年12月11日（金）23:59 期間厳守 期間外の受付はおこないません。
