This message is to inform you the current Physical Education Center policies related to face-to-face physical education classes.

 

• First, our policies regarding face-to-face classes are based on the university policies below. Please read the document if you have not read yet.

• We will implement the hygiene measures, which is shown in the link. Students must read the document.

• In order to attend face-to-face physical education classes, students must follow the following procedures.

1) You must check your body temperature every morning, and document it on your health observation report. Take the health observation report with you so that you can submit any time. (Health Observation Report.xlsx)

2) You must be absent from the class if you feel sick, have temperature that is significantly above your average, or be suspected to contract COVID-19. In such a case, you must notify the teacher with explanation of your circumstances in advance. These absences can be excused with the special measures under COVID-19 pandemic.

3) The special measures under COVID-19 pandemic (absences to be excused with alternative written assignments or online assignments) will be instructed by the teacher of the class.
