6月21日（土）10時～11時に、野外活動実習場（野性の森）の令和7年度、第2回の「利用予定者事前講習会」を開催します。（事前申し込み不要）。
野外活動実習場（野性の森）が、より多くの利用者に、より長く喜ばれる施設として存続するよう、毎年上記講習会を実施し、使用方法の徹底をはかってきました。 今後、使用を予定している団体の代表者は必ず出席してください。（過去に講習会に参加した人が現在も在学・活動している団体は参加不要です。）受講者には、後日「修了証」を発行します。 ※原則として利用申請時には提示していただきます。

対 象 ： 実習場の使用を予定している団体の代表者
内 容 ： 利用上の諸注意、利用申請手続き説明、受講登録、 簡単な作業

5月分の課外活動による一般団体の体育施設使用願は、4月25日（金）午後２時から先着順で体育スポーツ局体育統括事務室（旧体育センター２階）にて受け付けます。
注 意 事 項
※ コロナ感染予防対策（センター長通知）を遵守すること。
※ 中Ｂ、西、春日の各テニスコートについては、当分の間体育スポーツ局体育統括事務室で受け付けます。
※ 使用許可時間は下記のとおりです。
屋内、屋外施設とも6:00～21:00です。
但し、月、火、木、金曜授業実施日の8:30～16:30、水曜授業実施日の8:30～13:30は使用できません。
また、休日（土日祝日等）の屋外施設の夜間照明は使用できません。
※ 春季スポーツ・デー実施にともない、使用できない施設があります。事前にサイボウズでご確認ください。
既にお知らせしています第３体育館屋根改修工事について、北側及び東側道路の通行止めについて連絡がありましたのでお知らせします。

■注意事項
１）1回目の授業は、授業ごとに集合となります。体育センターのホームページで確認してください。
２）すでに基礎体育（春）の単位を取得済みで、秋学期のみ再履修する場合は2025年7〜8月（予定）に実施する基礎体育（秋）の科目抽選に登録すること。その場合、今回の基礎体育（春）の科目抽選への登録は不要です。
３）トリム運動を含め、科目抽選にあたって特別な配慮が必要な学生は科目抽選の登録前に必ず体育センター相談室に来室してください。科目決定後の科目の変更は原則認めていません。
We are pleased to announce that the training room will continue to be available for general use on a trial basis from April 1, 2025 (Tue.) onward.
1. General Use (Trial Operation) Period
April 1, 2025 (Tue.) – March 31, 2026 (Tue.)
*From April 2026, we plan to charge a fee to ensure the maintenance and management of the facility and its operation system. Details will be announced later.
2. Schedule of open for general use
・Weekdays (Monday, Wednesday, Friday): 17:00 – 20:45
・Saturday: 13:00 – 16:45
・Weekdays that are national holidays: 13:00 – 16:45
*The room may be unavailable on certain days due to entrance examinations, etc.
*Please leave the room strictly on time.
3. Terms and Conditions for Use of the Training Room
① You must be a student, officer, or faculty of the University.
② No use if you are not in good physical condition
③ Free weights are not available.
④ Please bring one of the following IDs: student ID, officer ID, or faculty ID.
⑤ Students must be covered by GAKKENSAI (Personal Accident Insurance for Students Education and Research)
⑥ Apply for the first use using the application form.
⑦ Attend a training session the first time you use the facility.
*2 times each day (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 17:15 and 19:15; Saturday and when Monday, Wednesday, or Friday is a national holiday: 13:15 and 15:15)
Up to 20 people at a time on a first-come, first-served basis.
⑧ Bring sportswear and indoor shoes for activities.
* Jeans, chinos, and sandals are prohibited.
⑨ Bring towels and wipe off any sweat from using the machines and equipment.
* If there is blood in the room or on the equipment due to injury, etc., be sure to notify the staff.
⑩ Be sure to return the stretching mats and other equipment taken from the shelves to their original positions.
⑪ If a machine malfunctions or equipment is damaged, report it to a staff member.
⑫ Only plastic bottles or bottles with lids are allowed to bring in beverages (water or tea).
* No food or drink other than water is allowed.
4. Other
・From April 2026, we plan to charge a fee to ensure the maintenance and management of the facility and its operation system. Details will be announced later.
・The number of participants may be limited depending on the availability of the training room.
・Any person who violates the rules of etiquette may be banned.
・The days available for use are as shown in the attached Calendar.
応用発展体育科目抽選未登録者を対象に、追加科目登録オリエンテーションを実施します。

The online system “SOLVER” for PE class (starting from spring term in 2025) drawing will be open in March.
Those who need credit for applied physical education starting April 2025 (for example, English program students who entered in September 2024, or those who entered before 2023 and have not yet received this credit) need to register to the system.Not applicable to Japan-Expert students admitted in 2024.

Notes
1) For the first class, we will meet for each class. Please check the website of the Physical Education Center.
2) Students who wish to retake only the fall semester due to study abroad, etc. must come to the Physical Education Counseling Room during September 2025.
3) Students who need special consideration for the course lottery, including trim exercise, must come to the Physical Education Center Counseling Room before registering for the course lottery. In principle, changing courses after they have been decided is not permitted.
